Hello,

 

I am an Assoc. Prof. in the Department of Energy & Thermofluid Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering at the Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). I'm is also a principal researcher at Flow Analysis Simulation and Turbulence Research Group (FASTREG). 

I received my first degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. After serving as an engineer at several companies, I moved to UTHM and later pursued my master study at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia. I completed doctorate study at Sheffield University, the United Kingdom in 2011. From 2015 to 2017, I was appointed as visiting researcher at the Institute of Fluid Science, Tohoku University, Japan.

My research interests lie in the areas of flow measurement, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Fluid Mixing and Computational Aeroacoustic (CAA). I'm also has collaborated with researchers in several other disciplines of vibration, combustion and bio-diesel.​
